Oxburgh makes the broadsheets again!

You may recognise Sophie from one of our previous articles (if not, you can read it here!) where she talks about her route into conservation and delves into what a typical working week looks like for her at Oxburgh Hall. We are approaching the 18-month mark on this project and Sophie has made some bigger headlines recently, making an appearance in The Daily Telegraph!

The £6 million renovation has seen several members of the Messenger team work to restore the roofs, chimneys and dormer windows to secure Oxburgh’s future and the collection within. This is the estate’s most ambitious conservation project to date, especially due to the fact that the 500-year old building is surrounded by a moat.
