Messenger Construction was established in April 2011, when the current owners came together to create a business with a focus on quality, service and fairness. With a diverse board, which includes former tradesmen, a chartered surveyor, ex corporate bank manager and an experienced chairman, the business is in safe hands. Steady growth has led to a current turnover in excess of £20 million with a mixture of projects including Grade 1 listed buildings and protected structures, along with modern dwellings that have suffered fire or flood perils.


A highly skilled workforce, supported by an experienced management team that includes a chartered surveyor, building surveyor, chartered builder, engineer, ICON accredited conservator and paint researcher, provide in-house support to a wide variety of projects.



Past and present projects include careful research and conservation work to some of the country’s most important buildings and monuments, alongside major construction projects to provide large family homes, care homes and accommodation for students.
