Messenger was invited to attend site following the collapse of a well at the insured property. Investigations proved the collapse was due to the existing well and the surrounding substrata becoming overwhelmed due to recent heavy rainfall. Messenger was instructed to make safe the hole and to divert the existing stormwater away from the area of collapse.
