Westbourne House Cheltenham

Messenger was awarded the contract for the full refurbishment of Westbourne House. External works included the repair, renovation and conservation of masonry and render. Internal refurbishment included the renewal of the entire mechanical and electrical installations, kitchen, marble bathrooms, oak floor coverings and specialist decorations. The works also provided for the extension of the property in the form of an orangery.
