This property is an incredible Grade II* listed Palladian house in Suffolk, based on a design by renowned architect Robert Adam in the 18th century. The building is particularly significant as it contains many Coade stone decorations. The stone is a highly durable and highly valuable material, akin to types of ceramics.
Messenger was awarded the contract for main construction works to re-roof part of the hall with repairs and redecorations to the rendered external walls, windows and doors; remodelling and redecoration to the service wing, a two storey extension to the North elevation to provide enhanced staff accommodation in part and associated external works and drainage.
