Overview
Messenger Construction is looking for Stone Masons with conservation experience to join their Staffordshire team. Individuals must be dedicated to the care, repair, conservation and restoration of old buildings, churches and historic monuments.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Conservation masonry works
- Ashlar and walling stone new build
- Internal flooring installation / repairs and hard landscape paving / steps / walls
- Lime mortar repair works
- Potential of working with other masons on site
- Assisting the site manager/foreman
- Adhering to Covid 19 safety measures
- Take personal responsibility for Health and Safety and report any instances of breaches to the site manager
- Keeping a clean and tidy work area
- CSCS
- Good timekeeping skills
Location: Potential 50-mile travel radius of Burntwood
Contract: Permanent or labour only
Hours: Full Time
